About the Job
We are seeking a Psychiatric Medication Provider to join our team and help expand access to high-quality mental health services across the lifespan.

Position Summary
The Psychiatric Medication Provider will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment for clients of all ages. This provider will work collaboratively with therapists and other clinical staff to ensure integrated, client-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
  • Diagnose mental health conditions using current clinical standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications as appropriate.
  • Provide medication education to clients and families.
  • Collaborate with therapists and other providers regarding client care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings.
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and other community resources when appropriate.
  • Follow all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
  • Active and unrestricted state licensure.
  • DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
  • Experience assessing and treating a broad range of mental health conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
  • Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Interest in collaborative, integrated behavioral healthcare.
